These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of drop-in classes and FLEX class packages from Verein Amarelo (“Amarelo”, “we”, “us”), whether purchased online or in person. By purchasing a class or package, you accept these Terms.
Amarelo offers Brazilian Forró classes across multiple levels. Current class formats, package sizes and prices are published on our pricing page and shown in Swiss francs (CHF). Amarelo is not registered for Swiss VAT, so no VAT is added to these prices.
Online purchases are paid through Payrexx by TWINT, card, or Swiss QR-bill. Amarelo never sees or stores your card details. Payment can also be arranged directly with our team, for example by bank transfer, and confirmed manually. A purchase is confirmed only once payment has been received.
All purchases are final. Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except where mandatory Swiss law provides otherwise.
Participation in dance classes is physical activity undertaken at each participant’s own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Amarelo’s liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
